We’ve got a new website - at last!

After what felt like several club championship seasons in the making, Loudoun Road Club finally has a new website - and we think it was worth the wait.

The old site did its job, but it was starting to show its age. Finding out when the next event was on, or what the club was actually about, took more clicking than it should. So we've rebuilt it from the ground up: fresher, cleaner, and a lot easier to actually use.

Whether you're a long-time member checking what's on this weekend, or someone in East Ayrshire who's never ridden with us before and wondering if you'd fit in, the new site is built to answer your questions quickly - road, gravel and MTB, club championships, the Ayrshire Women's Cycle Festival, and everything in between.

We've also tried to be upfront about who we are. Yes, we've got a competitive streak - ask anyone who's turned up expecting a "steady" club run :-) But we're just as much about the coffee stop as the climb, and we're genuinely keen to welcome new riders, whatever pace you're starting from. Our new website has been designed to give budding new members a better feel for what we’re about and who we are as a club and hopefully encourage you to get in touch and join the club.
