Loudoun Road Club

The home of cycling in East Ayrshire since 1981.

A close-knit club of riders from in and around East Ayrshire, riding road, gravel and MTB - from Sunday coffee runs to Club Championship TTs. Friendly, fast when it counts, and always eager to welcome new members, whatever your pace.

Friendly on the coffee stop. Fierce on the climb.

Since its founding in 1981, Loudoun Road Club has a proud history and heritage that makes it one of the most successful clubs in Ayrshire, with members who have gone on to win numerous Scottish and Ayrshire titles over the years.

Having been rejuvenated in more recent years, as the club entered its fifth decade, membership has grown and become more active. Our members hail from across East Ayrshire and beyond, with group rides most often starting from the Mauchline and Cumnock area where most of our members are concentrated but also from Kilmarnock and Darvel.

We are both social and competitive, with regular weekend social and cafe rides in addition to mid-week training circuits for those looking to improve their fitness and get faster.

Everyone is welcome, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
